Yes. Pointify offers a Free plan that supports up to 5 active customers, with access to all core features.

You only need to upgrade when the number of active customers exceeds the Free plan limit. Upgrading ensures uninterrupted service as your business grows.

Points are issued when payment is completed or when an order is fully fulfilled. You can choose whether points are issued on payment or fulfillment.

You can use the -1 button to deduct one point from the remaining balance, or the Set value button to update the point balance directly.

Both types of changes are recorded and can be reviewed in the point usage records.

Yes. For each point order, click the Records button on the right side to view point usage records.
